Can I collect my order from you?

You can indeed collect from us at our store in Monmouth. Please be sure to bring your receipt/invoice with you. We will email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

What is your Returns Policy?

If you are not over-the-moon with your purchase and decide it is no longer wanted, you can return the order within 14 days of receipt - This is provided all products being returned are in perfect condition, unused and all in original packaging.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. If ordered on the weekend this will be dispatched on the next working day (dependant on Bank Holidays etc). If ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch same day.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Currently we do not deliver outside of the UK Mainland.

How do I change delivery details of my order?

If you realise you've made a mistake with delivery address then we will of course try to help, please contact us as soon as you possible so we can make the amendments before sending.
